How to Seal the Urn

Use a dedicated ceramic adhesive and place the urn upside down. If the urn is already filled with ashes, it should remain in this position. Ensure that the bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust. Apply the adhesive evenly, covering the entire edge. Carefully place the lid and rotate it 90°. Center the cap so it covers the opening evenly, without gaps. Apply additional adhesive around the edge to fill any remaining space between the rim and the lid. Leave the urn in this position for 10–15 minutes. To stabilize it, you may place it in a box. After 10 minutes, the adhesive will form a silicone-like layer. At this stage, it will no longer be tacky, and the urn can be safely handled. However, we recommend keeping the urn in this position for at least 1–2 hours. The adhesive will fully cure within 4 to 8 hours, depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
