Satori-urny

1. General provisions, contact with the store owner

  1. These regulations (hereinafter “Regulations”) define the rules and conditions for using the online store Satori-urny, operating at https://satori-urny.com

  2. The Store Owner is Marta Kalińska, an entrepreneur operating under the name ZAFRA Marta Kalińska, with its registered office at Różana 37, 62‑045 Pniewy; entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business under NIP: 7871892985, REGON: 384078349 (hereinafter “Seller”).

  3. Seller’s contact details are as follows:

2. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Store, the following are required:

    1. a computer or other device with a web browser;

    2. Internet access;

    3. an active email address. satori-urny.com

3. Personal data

  1. The administrator of customers’ personal data is the Seller.

  2. All information about processing personal data of customers and other website users is available in the Privacy Policy.

4. Conclusion of the sales agreement, customer account

  1. The Store allows the purchase of goods (hereinafter “Goods”) displayed on its website in two modes:

    1. without registration;

    2. by creating an account.
      In both cases, to place an order the customer must select Goods, add them to the “Cart”, and proceed by choosing delivery and payment options. satori-urny.com

  2. Product information (descriptions and prices) in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales agreement under Article 71 of the Civil Code, subject to these Regulations. satori-urny.com

  3. Placing an order requires filling in all required data in the order form and, if needed, information for issuing a VAT invoice.

  4. If the customer creates an account (hereinafter “Account”), registration is one-time; email and chosen password are used for login. Account service details are in the Account Regulations below. The Store also allows login via social media or Google. After logging in, the customer can view order history and avoid re-entering personal data.

  5. The customer may cancel their account at any time free of charge by emailing satori@satori-urny.com. satori-urny.com

  6. Clicking “I buy and pay” (or equivalent) means:

    1. making an offer to purchase Goods under chosen options and these Regulations;

    2. accepting the obligation to pay for the Goods and delivery. satori-urny.com

  7. The sales agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is concluded when the Seller accepts the order for processing and confirms via email.

  8. If the order (whole or in part) cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will inform the customer and the Agreement is not concluded. The Seller may offer alternatives or restocking options. If payment was made, it will be refunded promptly.

  9. Confirmation of the Agreement will be provided on a durable medium no later than delivery.

  10. The Store is not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address/data provided by the customer. satori-urny.com

  11. The Seller reserves the right to suspend the order if customer data is false or questionable, and will attempt to verify such data if possible.

5. Prices and payment methods

  1. Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

  2. Delivery cost is shown separately in the Cart, depending on chosen delivery method.

  3. Available payment methods are described in the “Payment Methods” tab and during checkout.

  4. Store offers:

    1. traditional bank transfer;

    2. fast electronic transfer / BLIK / e‑wallet via Przelewy24;

    3. card payment: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic;

    4. cash on delivery. satori-urny.com

  5. For standard bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days of order; otherwise Agreement is void. This does not apply when deferred/payment in installments is offered via external partner.

6. Delivery of goods

  1. Delivery methods:

    • courier;

    • Polish Post;

    • InPost parcel lockers.

  2. Unless picked up personally, the order is considered fulfilled when handed over to the carrier; delivery time is determined by the carrier.

  3. Goods are shipped within 3 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description. Detailed terms are in the “Order fulfillment time” tab.

  4. Standard deliveries within Poland incur published fees. International shipping is available with cost as stated or negotiated.

7. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers and “Privileged Entrepreneurs” have a statutory 14‑day right to withdraw from the sales agreement from receiving the Goods, without giving reason, subject to exceptions.

  2. To meet the deadline, the customer must send a declaration within 14 days to:

  3. A sample form is provided but optional. The Seller will confirm receipt via email.

  4. Within 14 days of declaration, the customer returns the Goods at their cost to the postal address above.

  5. Seller will refund price and original delivery cost (cheapest standard method) within 14 days of declaration.

  6. Seller may withhold refund until Goods are received or evidence of shipping is provided.

  7. Refund will be made via the same payment method, unless customer agrees otherwise.

  8. Customer is responsible for any diminished value from excessive use beyond necessary inspection.

8. Exceptions to withdrawal

  1. Right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements for Goods which:

    1. are non-prefabricated/made to customer specifications or personalized;

    2. spoil quickly or have short shelf life;

    3. sealed products not returnable for health/hygiene reasons if opened;

    4. sound/visual recordings or software in sealed packaging once opened;

    5. inseparably combined with other items after delivery;

    6. newspapers, periodicals except subscription;

    7. have price dependent on market fluctuations outside Seller’s control;

    8. alcoholic beverages whose delivery is after 30 days and price is market‑dependent. satori-urny.com

9. Complaints

  1. Seller must deliver Goods in conformity with the Agreement.

  2. For consumers and Privileged Entrepreneurs, Seller’s liability is per Consumer Protection Law; otherwise under Civil Code.

  3. Complaints can be made:

  4. Seller will process complaints in the form submitted within 14 days.

  5. If unsatisfied, consumer or Privileged Entrepreneur may use out-of-court dispute resolution.

  6. Options include:

    1. request mediation from Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection;

    2. assistance from municipal consumer advocate or consumer protection body;

    3. apply to permanent consumer arbitration court;

    4. use ODR platform (not receiving new complaints since March 20, 2025, ending July 20, 2025). satori-urny.com

10. Product reviews

  1. Customers may leave product reviews (“Reviews”) in the Store.

  2. Reviews must comply with Digital Services Act (DSA) and good customs; prohibited are unlawful, offensive, pornographic, hate-inciting, violating others’ rights, or commercial for other products.

  3. Seller or third-party review provider may moderate Reviews; non-compliant Reviews may be removed.

  4. If a Review is blocked or removed, Seller will inform the customer with justification. Customer may appeal as per section X.5 of the Regulations.

  5. Appeals (“Appeal”) can be submitted via email or mail to the addresses above. Seller will confirm receipt electronically and respond within 14 days.

  6. Any visitor may file a notification (“Notification”) if they believe illegal content under DSA or this Regulations is published in Reviews; must send to satori@satori-urny.com.

  7. Seller will confirm receipt and resolve within 14 days, providing rationale. Appeals can be made as per section X.5.

  8. If appeal resolution is unsatisfactory, user may use DSA out-of-court dispute resolution.

  9. Seller is not responsible for Reviews if: they are unaware of illegality, and remove or block access promptly if notified.

11. Final provisions

  1. Agreements are governed by Polish law. Agreement is in Polish. satori-urny.com

  2. No provision excludes or limits consumer or Privileged Entrepreneur rights under law.

  3. Seller may amend Regulations anytime; changes apply to orders placed after publication; existing digital service agreements and account holders will be notified and may decline.

  4. Regulations effective from July 4, 2025.


Account Regulations

in the Satori-urny store

1. General provisions, contact with the Seller

  1. These Account regulations (“Account Regulations”) define rules for using a customer account (“Account”) in the Satori-urny online store (“Store”). satori-urny.com

  2. They constitute electronic service terms under the Act on Electronic Services. Account is additional and free.

  3. Account Regulations supplement the Store Regulations; where not regulated, Store Regulations apply.

  4. Seller’s contact for Account matters is same as for the Store:

  1. Technical requirements are the same as in Section II.1 of the Store Regulations.

  2. Account enables the customer to:

    1. store personal data (including delivery address), enabling future purchases without re-entering;

    2. view order history;

    3. view order fulfillment status.

3. Agreement, withdrawal, account cancellation

  1. Creating an Account constitutes concluding an open-ended electronic service agreement. Customer can cancel anytime by contacting Seller via email. Customer also has a 14‑day statutory withdrawal right from account agreement.

4. Complaints

  1. For consumers and Privileged Entrepreneurs, the Seller’s liability for Account service compliance is under Consumer Protection Law; otherwise under Civil Code.

  2. Complaints about Account can be submitted as per section IX.3–5 of Store Regulations.

  3. If disgruntled, user may use out-of-court dispute procedures in sections IX.6–7 of Store Regulations.

5. Personal data

  1. Full information about personal data processing for Account is in the Privacy Policy.

6. Amendments to Account Regulations

  1. Seller may amend these at any time as per section XI.3 of Store Regulations. If customer does not accept changes, they may terminate Account service agreement via email with a 14‑day notice.
