Returns and complaints

1. Right of return

1.1 The customer ( consumer or so-called privileged entrepreneur) has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale online, without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

1.2 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store of his decision by e-mail to: satori@satori-urny.com or in writing to: Satori, 37 Różana St., 62-045 Pniewy

2. Return conditions

2.1 The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete.

2.2 The customer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the product resulting
from using it in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics
and functioning of the product.

2.3 The return of the product should take place no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Store about the withdrawal from the contract.

3. Return procedure

3.1 The Customer should fill out the return form available on the Store's website and attach it
to the returned product.

3.2 The product should be sent to the address: Satori, 37 Różana Street, 62-045 Pniewy together with the return form.

4. Return of payment

4.1 The store shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to a different method.

4.2 The store shall refund the payment immediately, no later than within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

5. Complaints

5.1 In case of physical or legal defects of the product, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

5.2 A complaint can be submitted by e-mail to: satori@satori-urny.com.

5.3 The store considers the complaint within 14 days of receipt and informs the Customer of the decision by e-mail

6. Conditions of complaint

6.1 The customer is obliged to provide the product with a description of the defect.

6.2 If the complaint is accepted, the Store may offer to repair the product, replace it with a new one or refund the payment.

6.3 The complained goods can not be returned with the option “cash on delivery” - it will not be accepted then.
