We know how important it is to be sure and predictable, so we would like to provide you with some important information about the time of preparing your order and approximate delivery costs - both in Poland and abroad.

Lead time (until shipment)

The time it takes to prepare an order for shipment depends on the type of product, its availability and individual arrangements. Approximately:
Products available off-the-shelf are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment is credited.
Personalized or custom-made products may require up to 14 business days for processing.
In the case of more complex projects or large orders - lead time is determined individually

We emphasize that the above deadlines refer only to the moment of shipment - delivery time depends on the location of the recipient and the courier company.

Cost and delivery time

The cost and delivery time depend on the destination, the type of shipment and the selected carrier. Below are approximate values:

Poland:
Paczkomaty InPost 24/7 - about 15 PLN.
Courier DPD / DHL - from 20 PLN
Free delivery for orders over 200 PLN
Delivery time on Polish territory for products available on the store “off the shelf” is usually 1 to 2 working days from the moment of shipment. Additional time must be added to customized products, which is up to a maximum of 10 working days.

Foreign shipments:

The cost and delivery time vary depending on the country of the recipient and the selected shipping option.
Prices start from 80 PLN in EU, 670 PLN United States/Canada, UK 130 PLN, Switzerland/Norway 700 PLN
Estimated delivery time for products available on the store “off the shelf” is usually 3-10 business days, depending on the region and available courier connections. Additional time must be added to customized products, which is up to a maximum of 10 working days.
