How to Seal the Urn

Use a special adhesive suitable for ceramics and place the urn upside down. If already filled with ashes, it should already be in this position. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of dust. Apply the adhesive evenly, covering the entire edge. Carefully position the cap and rotate it by 90°. Center the cap so that it covers the opening evenly, leaving no gaps. Apply additional adhesive to fill any space between the rim and the cap, then leave the urn in this position for 10–15 minutes. To keep it stable, you may place the urn inside a box. After 10 minutes, the adhesive will form a silicone-like layer. At this stage, it will no longer be tacky, and the urn can be moved. However, we recommend leaving it in this position for at least 1–2 hours. The adhesive will fully cure within 4–8 hours, depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
