How to Seal the Urn

Use a specialized ceramic adhesive and place the urn upside down. If it already contains ashes, it should already be in this position. Ensure that all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust. Apply the adhesive evenly, covering the entire edge. Carefully position the lid and rotate it 90°. Center the lid so it covers the opening uniformly, leaving no gaps. Apply additional adhesive to fill any remaining space between the rim and the lid, then leave the urn in this position for 10–15 minutes. To stabilize it, you may place the urn in a box. After 10 minutes, the adhesive will form a silicone-like layer. At this stage, it is no longer tacky and the urn can be handled. However, we recommend leaving it in this position for at least 1–2 hours. The adhesive will fully cure within 4–8 hours, depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity.
