How to Seal the Urn

Use a specialized ceramic adhesive and place the urn upside down. If it already contains ashes, it should be in this position beforehand. Ensure that the surfaces to be glued are clean, dry, and free of dust. Apply the adhesive evenly along the entire edge. Carefully place the lid and rotate it 90°. Center the lid so that it covers the opening evenly, leaving no gaps. Apply additional adhesive to fill the space between the rim and the lid, then leave the urn in this position for 10–15 minutes. You may place the urn in a box or other support to keep it stable. After 10 minutes, the adhesive will form a silicone-like layer. Once it is no longer tacky, the urn can be handled. We recommend leaving the urn in this position for at least 1–2 hours. The adhesive will fully cure within 4–8 hours, depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity.
